At Schneider Automotive & Collision Center, we’ve built a reputation for honest service, quality workmanship, and long-lasting customer relationships. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
As the face of our service department, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Greeting customers professionally and making them feel welcome. 
  • Listening carefully to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues accurately. 
  • Explaining recommended repairs and maintenance in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. 
  • Preparing detailed service estimates and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. 
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly. 
  • Maintaining accurate service records and billing information. 
  • Helping customers stay on top of future maintenance needs. 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. 

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people.
Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor. 
  • Experience with service management software is a plus. 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
