We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring vehicles are operating efficiently, and delivering top-notch service to our customers.


Duties

  • Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for any potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.
  • Assist with tire service, including rotation, balancing, and installation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of services.
  • Document all services performed on vehicles accurately in the system.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks.
  • Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tire service techniques and equipment is beneficial.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues effectively.
