Position Overview:

The Parts Counter Person serves as the vital link between our luxury service department, wholesale clients, and retail customers. You will accurately identify parts, manage inventory, and provide a premium experience that matches the caliber of our high-line brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Look up and order OEM parts using electronic cataloging and dealer management systems.
  • Fulfill parts requests for our internal service technicians to ensure quick turnaround times.
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with inquiries, orders, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive shipments, and process core/warranty returns.
  • Uphold the highest standard of professional appearance and customer care.


Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson or Parts Specialist.
  • Experience with premium/luxury OEM brands is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in automotive dealership software (e.g., Reynolds, CDK).
  • Strong organizational skills with dedicated attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to comfortably lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
