Hiring: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Irvine, CA

Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture metallic cardiovascular implant prototypes
• Support laser cutting of metallic tubing and sheet components
• Perform post-processing, cleaning, inspection, and preparation activities
• Execute shape setting, thermal processing, and oven operations
• Perform electropolishing, etching, passivation, and related finishing processes
• Collaborate with engineers on fixture development, tooling improvements, and process optimization
• Support documentation, quality compliance, and operator training activities

 Required Qualifications:
• Experience in precision manufacturing or medical device manufacturing
• Familiarity with laser cutting, shape setting, and post-processing techniques
• Experience with electropolishing or chemical finishing processes
• Knowledge of implantable metals such as Nitinol, Stainless Steel, CoCr, or PtIr
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a regulated environment

Preferred:
• Experience with cardiovascular or implantable medical devices
• Fixture development and troubleshooting experience
• GMP and medical device quality systems knowledge
