Quality Operator - Liason

Hiring for this position will be conducted through our staffing agency partner, Job and Talent. Selected candidates will be employed by Job and Talent and assigned to work at Webasto.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
  • Operate production machines, workstations, and quality testing equipment in accordance with work instructions, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
  • Perform in-process inspections and initial part inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements and production release criteria.
  • Assemble components, monitor production processes, and inspect quality and safety characteristics throughout the manufacturing cycle.
  • Investigate product and process issues, analyze root causes, and support problem-solving activities within production and quality teams.
  • Escalate quality, safety, and process concerns in accordance with established procedures and support containment activities as required.
  • Maintain workstation organization through 5S activities, support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-train on multiple processes, products, and equipment while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work required shifts and flexibility to support production demands, Punctuality.
