The Boldt Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager - Automotive Manufacturing to support our long-standing partnership at the General Motors (GM) Assembly Plant in Arlington, TX.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have successfully managed projects within automotive manufacturing, OEM facilities, assembly plants, powertrain operations, body shops, paint shops, stamping facilities, or other high-volume industrial production environments.
Working onsite at one of GM's most active manufacturing facilities, you'll lead a diverse portfolio of facility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, production-support projects, shutdown work, and capital construction initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that has been a trusted partner to GM for more than a decade, delivering projects safely, efficiently, and with a relentless focus on customer success.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $122,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Four-year engineering or construction management degree.
  • Five to seven years of related experience.
  • A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
