What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Parts Counter Associate, youโ€™ll play a key role in supporting dealership operations by assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors with their parts needs while ensuring accuracy and exceptional service.

Customer & Parts Support

  • Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and ordersย 

  • Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and order updatesย 

  • Communicate professionally with customers, service advisors, and techniciansย 

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts requests efficientlyย 

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire parts processย 

Inventory & Order Management

  • Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and componentsย 

  • Pull and fill parts orders accurately from inventoryย 

  • Maintain organized inventory and assist with weekly bin checksย 

  • Notify management of low inventory or out-of-stock items requiring immediate attentionย 

  • Locate and source parts from outside vendors when necessaryย 

  • Review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing accuracyย 

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed on repair ordersย 

  • Process retail payments and credit authorizationsย 

  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory recordsย 

  • Support additional parts department operations as neededย
