Licensed 310S Automotive Technician - BMW Hamilton

$70,000 - $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Budds' BMW Hamilton is looking for a Licensed 310S Automotive Technician who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with one of the world's leading luxury automotive brands.

This opportunity is available due to the relocation of a long-term team member and offers the chance to join a busy, high-performing BMW service department with consistent workflow and factory training opportunities.

BMW experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. If you're a licensed technician with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn, we'll invest in your development through BMW factory training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working alongside experienced BMW technicians and foremen.

What You'll Do

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with BMW standards

Complete vehicle inspections and accurately document findings

Utilize BMW diagnostic equipment and repair information systems

Communicate effectively with service advisors and management

Create customer video inspections

Maintain a high standard of workmanship and efficiency

Participate in ongoing BMW training and development programs

Qualifications

Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence

Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Approximately two Saturdays per year
