Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

  • Serve as the face of the company at retail partner locations.
  • Engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that drives customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Educate customers on available services, products, and solutions.
  • Process transactions using tablets, mobile applications, and point-of-sale systems.
