Daily Duties

  1.  Plan and organize daily routine:  Daily Worksheet and remember the  Goal for day = 1-2 Appointments
  2. Maintain product knowledge of benefits and features of each vehicle:  Manufacturer Certification and Vehicle Walk-Around
  3. Daily Joe Verde Training:  1-2 Classes per day with good note taking.  Take them again and again until you retain and role play with your peers to put you in real life situations
  4. Attend all daily Sales Meetings:   Save-A-Deal/Training Sessions
  5. 100% Customer Experience with 100% of your clients:   Give 100% effort with each step of our sales process as well as the dealership and manufacturer delivery checklist once a vehicle is sold
  6. Strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction 100%:  Treat each client as you would treat a guest in your own home
  7. Prospect Daily:  Let people know who you are and what you do (9-10 prospect calls per day and introduce yourself to two service customers per day)
  8. Manage your accounts:  Every client brings a potential 36 car account to you if worked properly.  Follow up with sold clients on a daily basis to ask how things are going…Take genuine interest in them.  This is where referrals come from…Oh, and most important…Repeat Buyers! 
  9. Promote Dealership in a positive image at all times:  Smoke in designated smoking areas is one of many ways to promote our image
  10. Come to work to work and have fun doing what you do!

Weekly  Duties

  1.  Set goals for yourself:  Daily, Weekly, and Monthly forecast for how much money you want to bring home, how many units you want to sell and most important…How you are going to get there!  Always set realistic objectives for yourself
  2.  Track and monitor your progress:  What are my goals and am I short, on track or exceeding target?
  3. Attend Weekly Friday Morning Meeting:  Great information from your managers and will get you fired up for the weekends!
  4. Walk inventory 2-3 times per week:  The more familiar you are with your inventory the more credibility you will have with your customers which will lead to more car sales
  5. Attend Weekly Training Sessions:  Whether you’ve been in the business for 1 month or 20 years you will never get enough training in your lifetime!
  6. Take pride in yourself and play to win:  Strive to be the best at the weekly walk-around and sales step of the week contests.
