Position Overview:
Bentley Edison is looking for motivated and dynamic Automotive Sales Associates to join our thriving dealership. As a Sales Associate, you will help our customers find the perfect vehicle, deliver excellent customer service, and build lasting relationships. Whether you’re experienced in auto sales or looking to start your career, we offer the tools, training, and support you need to succeed in the fast-paced world of automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the right vehicles from our Bentley and Pre-Owned Vehicle lineup.
Conduct test drives, vehicle walkarounds, and provide detailed explanations of features, options, and warranties.
Use your knowledge and sales skills to close sales deals while ensuring the customer has a positive, no-pressure experience.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain follow-up communication to promote repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new vehicle features, and current promotions.
Assist with vehicle inventory management and ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for sale.
Work closely with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance standards.

Qualifications:
Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
A passion for cars and helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs.
Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed sales goals.
Positive, outgoing attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the automotive sales industry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (but not required).
