Applications are being accepted for the position of Automotive Technologies Instructor for our Main Street Campus (1601 W Main St, Mesa AZ 85201). The hours for this position are M-F 7:30 a.m. -4:00 p.m.
Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Automotive Technologies Instructor will guide students through classroom and hands-on training in a professional shop environment. Automotive Technologies students leave the program prepared and certified by ASE to work on the service and maintenance of all types of automobiles.
Job Type: Full Time Exempt, 10 Month Calendar.
Salary: $51,917.00 - $84,636.00 Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education, industry related experience, teaching experience, and certification.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of verifiable industry experience.
  • ASE Certifications ( Or ability to obtain it within three calendar year)
  • Ability to obtain an Arizona Department of Education Career & Technical Education (CTE) Certification in the area of Industrial and Emerging Tech. https://www.azed.gov/educator-certification/forms-and-information/certificates
  • Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957.
