Are you aย VW Certified Technician with a passion for working on cutting-edge vehicles? Antwerpen Automotive is looking for a dedicated and skilled Volkswagen Technician to join our team! If you're a problem-solver with a commitment to excellence, you'll thrive in our high-volume, fast-paced service environment.

As a VW Certified Technician, you will use your expertise to maintain and repair Volkswagen vehicles while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and service standards.

  • Complete Volkswagen-specific repairs such as engine, transmission, and electrical systems, as well as suspension, brakes, and exhaust systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls.
  • Perform factory-recommended maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and a well-maintained work environment.

Qualifications:

  • German vehicle experience preferred (VW Master Technician status is desired).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on German vehicles.
  • Expertise in using VW-specific diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work on a wide range of Volkswagen models.
  • Strong knowledge of Volkswagen systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing high-quality work.
  • Communication skills to interact with customers and the team.
  • ASE certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.
