Xcite Automotive is seeking  Service Ambassadors for our dealership partner in Fort Myers, Florida!

Job Description: A Service Ambassador, you will be the first and primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from arrival to vehicle pick-up. If you’re passionate about customer service, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet service customers promptly and professionally
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service visit
  • Communicate service timelines and next steps clearly
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians
  • Provide vehicle status updates and address customer questions
  • Assist with service check-in and check-out procedures
  • Support post-service follow-ups as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Assist with vehicle movement and service-lane flow
Must Have Qualifications: 
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (automotive, dealership, valet, hospitality, or service environments)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain organized and professional in a high-volume service drive
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to safely operate customer vehicles
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check
