Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(ere) de Style pour se joindre a notre equipe en magasin.Dans ce role, vous serez responsable de:

  • 2 a 5 ans d'experience dans le secteur de la vente au detail de vetements et de chaussures, de preference
  • Ventes personnelles et vente holistique en magasin, etablir des relations avec vos clients et fideliser votre clientele
  • Demontrer un interet pour la mode, la mode masculine et le luxe
  • Eduquer les clients sur les caracteristiques et les avantages de notre programme de fidelite Club Harry
  • Participer aux activites de marchandisage et a l'entretien du magasin.
  • Utiliser les ressources fournies pour mener de nouvelles mesures de stimulation des affaires et faire le suivi aupres de votre clientele existante sur tous les aspects de leurs besoins actuels (c.-a-d. modifications, ajustements, rendez-vous dedies, etc.)
  • Preparer chaque rendez-vous et chaque rencontre avec le client en elaborant une strategie de marchandise a presenter et en creant l'opportunite de ventes supplementaires.

  • Un minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans la vente au detail, de preference dans un environnement de luxe
  • Notre environnement de vente au detail de vetements pour hommes comprend le travail au sein de divers departements tels que les vetements de sport, les chaussures, les accessoires, les vetements d'exterieur, les vetements sur mesure et le sur-mesure.Une experience dans ces domaines de l'industrie de la vente au detail est preferable.

As a Style Advisor, you'll be responsible for building and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

We are looking for a Style Advisor to join our Store team.In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • 2-5 years of Retail Clothing/Footwear experience preferred
  • Personal Sales and Holistic Selling in-store, building relationships with your customers and creating repeat clientele
  • Demonstrating an interest in fashion, menswear, and luxury
  • Educating clients on the features and benefits of our Club Harry Loyalty program
  • Participating in Merchandising activities and store maintenance.
  • Utilizing the resources provided to conduct new business driving measures and following up with your existing clientele on all aspects of their current needs (i.e., alterations, fittings, dedicated appointments, etc.)
  • Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing what merchandise to present and creating the opportunity for add-on sales.

Successful candidates will require:

  • Aminimum of 2 yearsof retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment
  • Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing andmade-to-measure.Experiencein theseareasof the retail industry is preferred.
  • A passion for inspiring repeat business by creating exceptional customer service experiences both on-line andin-store.
  • The desire to participate in the many training initiatives we offer and the ability to incorporate the skills acquired through those programs into your daily activities
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and how to use tech innovations to support the retail Customer Service function.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an asset
