Ready to take the next step beyond the service drive? Turn your experience into leadership and help shape the next generation of top-performing Service Advisors.

We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to lead the development of our advisor team through hands-on coaching, real-time training, and leadership on the service drive. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll work alongside advisors throughout the day, helping them strengthen customer relationships, improve their performance, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a leadership role where your experience will directly impact customer satisfaction, advisor success, and the continued growth of our service department.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity:

If you're passionate about developing people and raising the standard for customer service, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day. You'll work closely with service leadership to help create a culture of continuous improvement while mentoring advisors through real-world coaching and hands-on training.

We Offer:

  • $60,000 - $90,000 annual income potential (salary + performance bonuses)
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off (vacation, holidays, and sick time)
  • Paid training and professional development
  • Employee discounts
  • Supportive leadership team
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
  • Positive, team-oriented work environment

What You'll Do:

  • Provide live, on-the-job coaching to Service Advisors throughout the day
  • Greet customers alongside the assigned Service Advisor and assist in creating a warm, professional first impression
  • Develop and deliver training for new and existing Service Advisors
  • Verify that all advisors review technician ASR (Additional Service Recommendation) photos and videos before sending repair estimates to customers
  • Monitor and ensure advisors complete CSI follow-up calls using the HealthWatch application
  • Create clear training materials, SOPs, and process guides
  • Coach advisors on communication, RO accuracy, upselling, and workflow
  • Partner with Service Management to identify additional training needs and implement development plans
  • Promote a positive, energetic, and team-oriented culture focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintain training schedules and support multiâ€'store training needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor is required
  • Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and dealership service operations
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Experience with dealership management software, digital inspections, and service department technology is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
