Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budget
  • Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership services
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, text, and other communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
  • Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand vehicle features and warranty coverage

  • Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
