This is a customer-facing Field Service Engineer position supporting municipal water and wastewater infrastructure throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Minimum QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Automation, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
Three to five years of experience supporting industrial automation or control systems in a field service, manufacturing, utility, or systems integration environment.
Experience troubleshooting PLC-based control systems.
Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations throughout the region.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities.
