The Lead Technician will be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle issues, performing advanced repairs, supporting other technicians with troubleshooting, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues with precision and efficiency
• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
• Mentor and support fellow technicians, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment
• Ensure all work is completed accurately, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment to enhance productivity and safety
