A day in the life:

  • Monitoring upcoming automotive regulations and presenting updates to the team.
  • Organizing available manuals (Service, AMG, etc.) and working with the digital team to post them to our website.
  • Working closely with the parts team to keep parts information up-to-date in the system.
  • Responding to dealerships for literature inquiries.
  • Supporting the team with documenting and following system bugs through to resolution.
  • Reporting on recalls and service campaigns.
  • Updating Customer Assistance Centre (CAC) team with recall information to keep them informed.

General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements:

  • Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.
  • Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by August 2026 with a specialization in Public Policy, Political Science, Government Relations, Law, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.
  • Coordination & Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and follow issues through to resolution while working with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Timeline: The recruitment process may begin immediately and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).ย 
  • Hybrid Role: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
