About TTE

TTE is an innovator in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving (AD). We develop cutting-edge camera, radar, and ultrasonic sensor integration technologies that enhance vehicle perception, warn drivers of hazards, and shape the future of safe mobility.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Embedded Software & Perception Systems Engineer to drive the development, sensor pipeline integration, and validation of our next-generation ADAS solutions. In this role, you will bridge embedded firmware design, multi-sensor data processing (Radar, Camera, Ultrasonic), and Tier-1 automotive compliance (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434).

Key Responsibilities
  • System & Perception Software Development:
  • Design, implement, and debug safety-critical embedded software in C/C++ on RTOS and automotive SoC platforms.
  • Develop low-level drivers and data ingestion pipelines for automotive perception sensors ( mmWAVE Radar, Camera/CIS, Ultrasonic ).
  • Implement and optimize sensor data processing, calibration routines, and multi-sensor fusion algorithms (e.g., Radar-Camera object tracking and signal processing).
  • Integrate and configure vehicle communication networks ( CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet ).
  • Build and configure Device Under Test (DUT) hardware/firmware setups and HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) test rigs for lab demos and vehicle integration.
  • Validation & Testing:
  • Validate sensor performance and software logic via theoretical modeling, simulation environments (e.g., CARLA/Simulink), and real-vehicle road testing.
  • Execute and support Design Validation (DV) and Product Validation (PV) testing cycles.
  • Perform root-cause failure analysis and debugging across both development and production phases.
  • Compliance, Standards & Patents:
  • Produce technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and test documentation adhering to ASPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) , and ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity) .
  • Track global automotive regulations, NCAP roadmaps, and OEM requirements; contribute to company patent disclosures.
  • Technical Support & Collaboration:
  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Support technology transfer and internal engineering training.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on automotive embedded systems experience.
  • Core Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ for real-time embedded platforms.
