Warehouse Supervisor – 3PL Shipping
Location: Exeter, PA
 

Role Summary

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for logistics, team development, and continuous improvement? At Keystone Automotive Operations, we’re seeking a proactive and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and inspire our 3PL warehouse team at our Exeter, PA distribution center.

This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and wants to grow their career in the automotive aftermarket industry. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the 3PL team by hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members

  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.

  • Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks

  • Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs

  • Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.

  • Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments.

  • Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience

  • Flexible availability, including multiple shifts and occasional weekends

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse warehouse teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plus

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in non-climate-controlled conditions

  • Comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet
