Job description

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Certified Technician to perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards and diagnoses and resolves different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately. The Certified Technician works with all Service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Brake pad replacement.
  • Rotor replacement.
  • Minor repairs.
  • Replacing parts.
  • Tune up.
  • Spark plug replacement.
  • Transmission fluid replacement.
  • Brake fluid replacement.
  • Power steering fluid replacement.
  • Rear differential fluid replacement.
  • Diagnostics ranging from check engine lights to noises in vehicle operation.
  • Light duty repairs.
  • Heavy duty repairs.
  • Engine diagnostics & repair.
  • Pursuant to Nevada Assembly bill 132, this position has been identified as affecting public safety. Persons offered employment in this position must submit to a pre-employment screening for controlled substances.
