Rally Fleet Porter / Shop Assistant

We utilize our proprietary Rally Lean System to keep our fleet partners on the road. We specialize in quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles.

Rally Fleet is looking for a dependable, motivated Porter / Shop Assistant to support our production team and help keep daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll move vehicles throughout the production process, transport parts and supplies, prepare units for delivery, and assist with maintaining a clean, organized shop and yard. If you're reliable, enjoy staying active, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you.

  • Move and stage vehicles around the yard as they progress through production
  • Pick up and deliver parts and supplies between vendors and the shop
  • Wash, prep, and clean vehicles ahead of customer delivery
  • Assist technicians with basic shop tasks as needed
  • Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe
  • Support the team with additional duties to help maintain efficient daily operations
