Job Summary:
The Automotive Sales Associate at Tom Naquin Auto Family is responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a crucial member of the sales team, you will help customers find and purchase their dream vehicles while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salary position with a competitive compensation package. The range for this position is from $45,000 to $90,000 per year, dependent on experience and performance. Other benefits include a comprehensive healthcare plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing, as well as financing options and incentives
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through lead generation and follow-up techniques
- Close sales by understanding the customers' needs and providing appropriate recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure return business
- Stay current on automotive industry trends and new vehicle features
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and trainings to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge
