Employment Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $27 - $33/hour

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work attentively in maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety and customer satisfaction as well as overall department success;

· Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs;

· Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform required repairs;

· Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required;

· Provide written, prioritized quotes for necessary additional work;

· Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisor;

· Perform road tests and safety inspections;

· Maintain the cleanliness of personal and team workspaces;

· Complete technical training as per Honda standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

· Subaru Technician experience is preferred;

· A valid G class license with a clean driver's abstract;

· The ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications;

· The ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment;

· The ability to work individually and as part of a team;

· Have up-to-date knowledge of automotive parts and their functions;

· The ability to effectively communicate automotive issues clearly;

· Possess a high level of integrity and work ethic.
