B-Level Automotive Technician | Up to $150k Yearly Earning Potential

Location: Renton, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM; no weekends
Pay Rate: $45-$48/hour base + incentive bonus potential
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: Up to $150,000+ annually

Introduction

We are seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician in Renton, WA with 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. This position offers a $45-$48/hour base rate plus incentive bonus potential, with earning potential up to $150,000+ annually. You'll work Monday-Friday with no weekends in a busy, team-oriented shop with consistent workflow, paid training, and strong benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs from initial inspection through completion.
  • Diagnose mechanical and drivability concerns using your automotive diagnostic experience.
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document findings and repair recommendations.
  • Perform oil changes and other general maintenance services as needed.
  • Complete assigned repairs independently while maintaining quality workmanship and productivity.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Collaborate with technicians and the rest of the shop team to support an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Experience completing automotive repairs from start to finish.
  • Some automotive diagnostic experience, including mechanical and drivability concerns.
  • Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
  • Demonstrated track record of quality workmanship and productivity.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Willingness to continue training and developing professionally.
