Good technicians are getting harder and harder to find these days. Yet it still amazes me how many good techs stay at a job where they are not happy. We know how valuable good technicians are to our business. We keep the drama out of the shop and focus on creating a productive environment where everybody treats each other with respect. A happy shop is a productive shop, right?

TOP PAY - Most all of our guys will make $60,000 - $120,000 this year. We offer a good salary plus a bonus program that ensures you get paid what you deserve.

GOOD ENVIRONMENT & TEAM ATMOSPHERE - We have a really good team that works together to help each other out. We aren't interested in the tech that only worries about themself.

HEALTH INSURANCE - We cover 100% of your Kaiser personal health insurance plan so you have good coverage when you need it.

VACATION PAY & PTO - We offer vacation pay that begins accumulating after the first month so when you want or need time off you can get paid. We also have Family & Medical PTO.
