Manufacturing Systems Engineer, Robotics & Machining
Direct Hire
Mission: Build world-class, digitally enabled machining systems. From NPI to scaling stable production, you’ll architect processes, write and refine CNC programs, and fuse automation into operations—delivering precision at speed.
Imagine this challenge
A new component family is entering production. You analyze drawings, design fixtures, and craft CAM strategies for both VMCs and multi-axis lathes. On the floor, you iterate toolpaths, tweak G/M-code, and validate Cpk. By week’s end, a robot and vision check stabilize load/unload and error-proof inspection—cutting cycle time and scrap.
