Estamos buscando un Técnico Automotriz para unirse a nuestro exitoso centro de servicio.
Como Técnico Automotriz, usted será responsable de diagnosticar y reparar vehículos. Debe sentirse cómodo utilizando el software del taller y contar con amplio conocimiento de los sistemas automotrices.
Si usted tiene una actitud perseverante y está dispuesto a resolver problemas hasta encontrar la mejor solución para el cliente, queremos conocerle.
Responsabilidades

  •  Utilizar su experiencia y herramientas de diagnóstico para evaluar códigos de fallas del vehículo 
  •  Apoyar en el establecimiento de procedimientos del taller para el seguimiento de reparaciones, mantenimiento de documentación técnica y otros protocolos necesarios 
  •  Realizar mantenimiento rutinario como rotación de neumáticos, cambios de aceite y reemplazo de pastillas de freno 
  •  Llevar a cabo inspecciones completas del vehículo, incluyendo motor, transmisión y sistema de frenos 
  •  Garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente y fomentar la lealtad del mismo 
  •  Explicar de manera clara y concisa la información sobre reparaciones necesarias a los clientes 
Requisitos

  •  Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED (requerido) 
  •  Título técnico o programa de formación en mecánica automotriz (preferido) 
  •  Certificación ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) o SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) (preferido)
