Should have 6 years Test Automation experience using Selenium (preferably a recent experience)
Should have Core Java scripting knowledge / experience
Should have worked on data driven, key word driven automations frameworks with support from leads.
Experience can include building Automation Scripts, Debugging, Execution, Results analysis, Defect reporting, etc.
