MDAEdge is seeking a Quality Analyst to support the CurRent NYC initiative aimed at enhancing landlord services through improved customer service and electronic rent payments. The role requires expertise in QA methodology and validation across the software development lifecycle, focusing on automation testing and Web Services validation.
Responsibilities:
• Support the CurRent NYC initiative that aims to enhance landlord services through improved customer service, self-service capabilities, electronic rent payments, and accurate payment tracking across all programs and tenants.
• Ensure Quality Assurance Control through QA Methodology and QA Validations.
• Work with Selenium Web Driver using TestNG and Java framework to automate testing processes.
• Test Middleware technologies Web Services (SOAP, REST) using SOAPUI and validate XML.
• Perform cross-browser testing with IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
• Write custom CSS Selectors and XPath expressions to identify web elements.
• Automate AJAX calls, Child Windows, and IFrames.
• Work with TestNG for Automation testing Reports and Jenkins for Automation, continuous integration, job scheduling, and configuration.
• Utilize GitLab for version control and perform Performance testing using JMETER and LoadRunner.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 4 Years of experience with QA Methodology and QA Validations to ensure Quality Assurance Control.
• Expertise in the QA process, well acquainted with all phases of SDLC and STLC, and had experience in testing very complicated applications.
• Hands-on Experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle.
• Minimum 4 Years of expertise in working with Selenium Web Driver using TestNG java framework.
• Expertise in writing Java script in Eclipse IDE and expertise in inheritance, concatenation, and all OOPS concepts.
• Hands-on Experience developing a framework using a design pattern - Page Object Model.
• Minimum 4 Years of experience in testing Middleware technologies Web Services (SOAP, REST) Testing using SOAPUI.
• Good experience in validating XML and XML Schema, XML Parser.
• Worked on cross-browser IE, Firefox, and Chrome Driver.
