Coke Florida is looking for a Maintenance (Automation) Supervisor based out of our Orlando location, working the day shift, Monday-Friday with evening and weekend availability required as needed.ย 

What You Will Do:ย ย 


As a Coke Florida Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for first line supervision for mechanics and electricians who maintain production line equipment within the production facility. Responsible for manufacturingย productย using efficient and safe manufacturing processes through the supervision of production team members. Must adhere to the schedule and ensure that quality standards are met.ย 


Roles and Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-overย ย 
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipmentย ย 
  • Overhaul and install new equipmentย ย 
  • Rebuild and fabricate partsย ย 
  • Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work areaย ย 
  • Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventoryย ย 
  • Generate and complete work orders as assignedย ย 
  • Perform equipmentย change-oversย and production line set upsย 

For this role, you will need:ย ย 

  • At least 1ย year of industrial maintenance experience requiredย 
  • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environmentย ย 
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitudeย ย 
  • Basic computer skillsย ย 
  • Ability to followย manufacturers'ย specifications and schematicsย ย 
  • Required to supply hand toolsย 

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:ย 

  • EET/MET or Mechatronics degree preferredย 
  • 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience highly preferredย ย 
  • Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferredย 
  • Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge highly preferredย 
  • Mill and Lathe experience is preferredย 
  • TPM maintenance knowledge and abilities preferredย 
  • SAP experience preferredย ย 
  • Previous Front-Line Leadership preferredย
