  • * AD Account and Group migration between domains.
  • * Kofax Capture product administration and desktop client installation.
  • * Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments, including *site collections, hub sites, communication sites, and team sites*.
  • * Create and maintain *content types, site templates, lists, libraries, and PnP Searches* to support business processes.
  • * Manage *document libraries, versioning, permissions, retention policies, and metadata*.
  • * Monitor and optimize *SharePoint storage usage*, request and configure storage increases when needed.
  • * Implement and enforce *governance and security best practices* across M365/SharePoint environments.
  • * Run and maintain *PowerShell scripts* for automation, reporting, and advanced administration tasks.
  • * Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into SharePoint solutions.
  • * Troubleshoot issues related to *SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams integration*.
  • * Manage *user access, groups, and permissions* across M365 services.
  • * Work with Microsoft support and vendors on escalated issues.
