Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
 Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end‑to‑end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome‑based end‑user experience (EUX) management.
 
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience in Virtualization / EUC support and operations 
Strong experience with: 
• VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH environments
• Windows OS administration and image management
• ITIL-based processes experience
• Proven experience in enterprise IT services and operations
