Job description

A robotics and automation startup in Massachusetts is building a next generation system designed to fully automate services that are manually implemented. They are hiring a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer to help design and develop the core mechatronic systems behind an industrial robotics platform.
This is a chance to build a machine using automation for a process that has been manual for decades. You will be working directly on physical robotic systems that lift, move, and service objects in real time. If you like working on end-to-end projects and seeing your designs turn into complex machines that are meant to operate in the field this would be a great opportunity.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or mechanical engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent fields
  • Expertise in designing electro-mechanical systems from start to finish
  • Proficiency in CAD, GD&T, FEA
  • Familiar with debugging mechanical systems
