  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Project Engineers to establish expectations and deliver successful implementations.
  • Manage project documentation, including Statements of Work, project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management planning and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and improve project processes and best practices for migrations and managed service implementations.
  • Coordinate training and knowledge sharing between technical teams.
  • Utilize corporate project management tools to manage resources, tasks, and project lifecycles.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks, documentation standards, and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Minimum of 5 years of project coordination, project management, or scheduling experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, manage deadlines, and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience with project documentation, scheduling, and process improvement.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly valued:

  • Server migrations and deployments

Why Join POA?

  • Competitive compensation: $65,000–$95,000 annually DOE

  • Clear career advancement opportunities

  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
