Summary: Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee the execution of DDC/BMS construction projects throughout the DFW area. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who understands controls, can manage complex job logistics, and is comfortable owning projects from kickoff through closeout.

Youโ€™ll be responsible for coordinating people, materials, schedules, and finances to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders for automation projects
  • Coordinate installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
  • Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Oversee field execution and support commissioning and system turnover
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Requirements
  • Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects
  • Strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Experience with project billing and cost tracking
