  • Prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Evaluate market options for automation solutions, considering factors such as subscription costs and supportability.
  • Communicate and Collaboration and Leadership, the Business Unites and Developer Team:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of automation projects.
  • Foster an "automation-first" culture within the organization.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate Business Unit needs into technical requirements.
  • Meet with Business Units to understand their needs, challenges and limitations.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of automation on day-to-day operations.
  • Identify opportunities for further automation and process optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies. Technical Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in automation, with a strong foundation in tools such as UI PATH.
