Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing machine and automation projects from order receipt through final payment. You will lead project execution, ensure timelines and deliverables are met, and serve as the main point of contact for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from launch through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and customer expectations are met
  • Act as the primary customer contact and advocate throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
  • Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee installation, testing, and final acceptance of machines
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
  • Support proposal and sales activities as needed
  • Travel to customer sites for meetings, installations, and issue resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in capital equipment or industrial environments
  • Experience managing complex, customer-facing projects from start to finish
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage risk, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with automation or robotic systems is a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10–15%)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
