  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Partner Program, including administration of partner tools and systems such as SharePoint, the Partner Directory, Partner Portal, and Competency Tracker.
  • Manage partner governance activities, including renewals, compliance, and program benefit administration.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate current processes and implement operational changes to improve Partner Program efficiency and scalability through automation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve partner engagement and the overall partner experience.
  • Ensure consistent communication of program updates to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support partner onboarding and promote ongoing program participation.

Operations & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure partner engagement, program effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze partner performance, program adoption, engagement trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data quality across partner systems and program records.

  • 5-10 years of experience in partner programs, partner operations, channel management, or a related business operations role.
  • Experience with Pega, PRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools; experience with workflow automation platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Logical and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Comfortable leading change and driving process improvements from concept through implementation.
  • Partner-focused.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage competing priorities and take on evolving responsibilities as business needs change.
  • Collaborative with excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
