Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to help shape and execute the product marketing strategy for GreyOrange’s product portfolio. This role combines market research, product positioning, and sales enablement to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure our solutions are effectively positioned and adopted in target markets.


Responsibilities

  • Own, create and refine product marketing messaging and positioning across GreyMatter’s solution suite of products.
  • Track and analyze market trends to refine product positioning across different customer segments.
  • Partner with prospects and customers to understand requirements and map them to segment-specific opportunities.
  • Create compelling, customer-facing presentations and materials that clearly communicate product value.
  • Own the competitive intelligence program, developing and continuously updating strategic battlecards and objection-handling frameworks that empower the sales team to clearly differentiate our technology and accelerate win rates.
  • Build business cases, tools, and applications to support the sales team in driving adoption and closing opportunities.
  • Help develop and maintain sales enablement assets (white papers, collateral, presentations, competitive analysis, etc.) to equip the sales team with knowledge, training, and account strategy.
  • Help Own Launch Lifecycles: Plan, manage, and execute product and solution launches from inception to post-launch optimization, ensuring all internal teams are aligned and milestones are met.
  • Solution-Based Product Marketing: Move beyond feature lists to build value-driven positioning frameworks that address specific buyer personas, use cases, and industry pain points.
  • Own the development and continuous refinement of our ICP and buyer personas, translating demographic and behavioral insights into actionable segmentation strategies that improve launch conversion rates and marketing pipeline efficiency.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of product marketing experience, with experience in warehouse automation
  • Strong background in primary and secondary market research.
  • Experience in new product GTM, product positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Passion for technology and technology-led solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Marketing or relevant fields
