Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in EE, plus 2+ years in the power semiconductors field or master's degree plus 0-2+ years in the semiconductor industry. 
  • Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.
  • Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc.) required.
  • Circuit analysis and power electronics course background is mandatory. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Power semiconductor characterization experience
  • Converter design experience
  • Proficient with lab quipment (oscilloscope, voltage / current probes, power supplies, various mechanical tools)

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $25.00 -$36.00 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
