The goal is to transition to full-time field service work upon graduation from an electro-mechanical, automation technology, or similar program. Full-time Field Service Technicians are based in Northeast Wisconsin, and service our corrugated machinery at customer sites throughout North America. Our machinery components include 480v 3-phase motors, AC/DC drives, PLCs, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Paid training - both in the classroom and on the job - will keep you up to date on the latest technology and enhance your existing knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits - Fosber America, Inc. offers paid internship opportunities. After graduation and upon transition into the full time Field Service Technician role, you'll receive competitive pay and an excellent benefit package. Annual compensation for Field Service Technicians is between $65,000 to $80,000+, based on experience.
