Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative mining or industrial team, contributing to projects that involve power, automation, and instrumentation systems while working alongside engineers and technical specialists.

What a day at EXP has in store for you
Prepare electrical drawings, including single-line diagrams, layouts, and load listsÂ
Support engineers in developing and updating design deliverablesÂ
Revise drawings based on markups and maintain drawing accuracyÂ
Ensure compliance with standards and coordinate with other disciplinesÂ
Assist with documentation and project deliverables

What your experience looks like
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related disciplineÂ
Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting/design softwareÂ
Basic understanding of electrical systems such as power distribution, instrumentation, and control systemsÂ
Strong attention to detail and quality control in drawing productionÂ
Ability to interpret engineering sketches, redlines, and specificationsÂ
Effective communication skills and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary teamÂ
Knowledge of industry standards and codes is an asset

The salary range for this role is between $45K - $50K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
