Hiring - Maintenance Technicians (All Shifts)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, working with advanced equipment, and solving problems that make a real impact? In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and PLC systems, and supporting mechanical repairs across the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled industrial maintenance professional looking to expand their knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems while working alongside a highly collaborative maintenance team.

Job Description:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and automation systems.
  • Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
  • Complete lubrication, inspection, and maintenance activities while accurately documenting work in the CMMS.
  • Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders, track repairs, and monitor maintenance performance.
  • Support repairs and maintenance involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
  • Partner with rigging teams on equipment disassembly, roller replacement, and machine rebuild projects.
  • Replace and maintain pneumatic lines, valves, and related equipment.
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain sensors, photo-eyes, reflectors, and other critical components.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and equipment performance.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities, including PLC diagnostics.
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, controls, welding, or automation equipment is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
