Lead the Systems That Power Modern Production

Picture your week: you kick off Monday aligning resources across multiple automation projects, spend Wednesday mentoring engineers through PLC/HMI architecture decisions, and close Friday reviewing test results before a commissioning trip. You keep workstreams moving, grow a high-performing team, and make confident calls that keep customers on schedule.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide and develop engineering teams in industrial automation, controls, and manufacturing environments.
  • Own project and resource planning to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Juggle competing priorities in a fast-changing setting without losing momentum.
  • Build an engaged, accountable, high-output team culture.
  • Apply hands-on understanding of controls engineering, including PLCs, HMIs, system testing, and commissioning best practices.
  • Communicate clearly across functions and customers to drive alignment.
