Job Description: Service Engineering Manager
Position SummaryFluke is seeking a highly capable, strategic, and hands-on Service Engineering Manager to lead a diverse and evolving engineering organization that supports global service operations. This role will provide leadership across multiple engineering disciplines, including service NPI and sustaining engineering, lab-based service manufacturing/test/DFX engineering, automation and procedure development, and the creation of PCA repair capability strategy for service.
This leader will be responsible for shaping how these teams are structured and integrated, ensuring they operate as a cohesive function that supports both new product introduction and ongoing service delivery excellence. The role requires a dynamic and transformative leader who can balance strategy with execution, build organizational capability, drive global standardization, and partner closely with service operations to ensure engineering priorities align with business and customer needs.
Based in Everett, Washington, this role is expected to be onsite at least 3 days per week and will require global travel multiple times per year to support teams, labs, and strategic initiatives.
