Job Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ
Job Description:
Seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with Agentic AI expertise to design, develop, and enhance intelligent, scalable backend applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Java backend development, Agentic AI frameworks and solutions, and Kafka-based event-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building AI-enabled services, integrating autonomous AI agents into enterprise applications, and developing robust backend systems that support high-volume, real-time data processing. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development with Agentic AI experience (mandatory)
