Led by a team of board-certified pathologists, our lab is at the forefront of diagnostic science. Position Overview

We're seeking a mid-level Python Automation Developer to build automation scripts that help streamline operations across our business—from laboratories to HR, Accounting, Finance, Client Services, Sales, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Design, develop, deploy, and support maintainable Python automation applications and data pipelines
  • Integrate with Microsoft 365 applications and APIs
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to understand needs and deliver solutions
  • Document your work clearly for others to maintain

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong Python programming (pandas, requests, openpyxl, error handling, logging)
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and web services
  • Microsoft 365 experience (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Graph API)
  • Version control (Git) and production deployment experience
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
